Brain measures

Looks like an interesting project! I'm curious about the brain measures you'll use. Does the UK Biobank have derived brain measures like cortical thickness, or will you have to compute your brain measures yourself?

The derived brain measures are already available for ~40,000 individuals :) (Fortunately for my side, because I don't know yet how to pre-process them :s shame)
In the most updated release there is:

1. Structural MRI -> volume, thickness, surface area, SubCortical-Volume,
2. Diffusion MRI data
3. Resting-state (precomputed using ICA-FIX)
   But I may only use some of the structural data for the project.
