When running "bg_to_cov.py" :
if name == "main":
import numpy as np
from misc_helper import *
import sys
inFile = sys.argv[1]
outFile = sys.argv[2]
main(inFile, outFile)

get this error:
ImportError: No module named misc_helper

Any idea?
