• I have checked and this issue only occurs using bttv-android and not with the unmodded Twitch App

What happened?

Some days ago I installed the last version of the app and all the emotes from this app disappeared. all the options are activated but the emotes are missing. I need a solution because I really need the emotes. Also now it doesn't work in olders versions, i don't know why!

I unfortunately can't reproduce this.

With "all the emotes" do you also mean Twitch-native emotes?
If its only bttv, ffz, 7TV emotes, can you try to deactivate and then reactive all emote-related switches in the bttv-android settings, or alternatively delete all app-data. We had issues with settings recently, maybe you caught a stray there somehow.

So you've installed an older version again, and there the emote have disappeared too? Which versions did you install?

Firstly, sorry if I said something a quite bad or aggressive, it's because I thought a robot will respond me first, not a person. The twitch native emotes are there, but all that provides the app aren't. I tried the two solutions you provided me and it doesn't work. I installed the version that comes before the last one, I don't know its name, and yes, they weren't there. Thanks
