Access Dates bulk upload warns if an earlier access date would be replaced by a later access date

Can the Clubhouse bulk uploader alert if an earlier access date is being replaced by a later access date in a bulk upload? Between SITE and POT, there are usually a couple of times someone with EA gets too late a date on their credential because they show up on different lists with different dates. This would be similar to some other sanity checks undergone at the time of a bulk upload like ones that warn an All Eats pass exists and would be replaced by Event eats if the bulk upload if the upload is committed.
