Parent projects should probably be referenced by name instead of ID

This way we can have cross-domain references someday, where a template could possibly be specified as calkit.mit.edu/some-lab/some-project.

Ideally someday when someone is looking at a parent project they can see how many children there are, and possibly even a family tree. Cross-domain queries might be a bit crazy to achieve, especially with many in the network.
