Tears of Themis: Character info not found

I'm getting the following message on my Discord webhook:
Tears of Themis: Character info not found

All other logins are working well; it's only Tears of Themis that's not working, and I'm not sure why. I definitely have a character, and I've logged in recently. Could it be related to the "Global version"?
