The definition of the data interface specification is realised by building a working prototype that will generate automatically the specification as documentation. The work is realised in this repository.
NOTE: Timestamps should only be provided in UTC. Information to convert timestamp into local prevailing time will be a static property of the spatial "node" with which each data source is associated.
