Potential solution to eightd_has_key mystery?

As mentioned in the README:

Do you know what eightd_has_key means? If you can tell me, I'll give you a $12 giftcard to Applebees Neighborhood Grill and Bar™.

It may refer to which stations have key dispensers — I had my key fob mailed to me, but some bike stations also dispense them. They’re indicated on the official map by little black fob icons (you may need to zoom in) — and a few such stations are:

• Connecticut Ave & R St NW (31299)
• Lincoln Rd & Seaton Pl NE/Harry Thomas Rec Center (31523)
• 37th & Ely Pl SE / Fort Dupont Ice Arena (31715)
• Clarendon Metro / Wilson Blvd & N Highland St (31022)

Not 100% confident, but that might be it! Although I do enjoy Eatin’ Good in the Neighborhood®, I need no such prize.
