SuperPitcher: Add octave, easier precision editing, linking of several instances

The current pitch graph is not ideal for setting accurate values. Add number boxes as well. Also, we should be able to transpose octaves as well as semitones. This can be solved with an additional row of number boxes.

Finally, it would be very nice to be able to link together several instances so that pitching can be applied to a whole set or parts of it. There could for instance be a set number of predefined groups which each instance can be linked to, so that changes to one instance will effectively be copied to other instances in the same group. This should be possible using standard max send/receive devices.
