Improvements to Adding Property UI

Some suggestions for improving UI for Adding Property.

Reduce amount of unusable space.
Reduce size of header or move into a different location.

Need to better organize and present properties so they’re much easier to find and select.
For starters, the modal needs to be bigger and the search for properties expanded to make it easier to see.
Use autofill so if you know the name of a property you can start to type it and select it.
Update the organization so there’s a better distribution by categories. Or rid of that and simply make it easier to find and select properties.
