Catppuccin has ports for terminals that use cursor colors, but nvim doesn't appear to.

Neovim uses the native terminal cursor, which means it's not possible to customize the cursor color through Neovim highlights when using terminals (but possible when using some GUI front-ends, not including Neovide), and we've defined the cursor color highlight though you can't always tell its effect.
