Change to Standard/Standard code style

Hey guys,

Have a old Electron project that I migrating to this, but the all code is in Standard/Standard style, main and render process. I tried making some changes but don't have success.

Whats the most easy way to add standard/standard to ESlint in this project (including .vue files) keeping TS optional support to (may whit ts-standard)?
