If someone tries to run rule editor locally with the most recent version of Azure SWA CLI, they will get a 404 on the emulator. azure/static-web-apps-cli@1.1.6 is the version running on engine but the CLI is on version 1.1.10 which is incompatible..

  • We need to update the document to specify that version 1.1.6 is required and newer version will not work in the short term
  • we need to update rule editor to work with the newer versions in the long term to run rule editor

The documentation has been updated, this is not a versioning issue
