Per CDISC project, TIG conformance rules will need to be created in the Rule Editor as soon as possible. To be able to do this, the authorities and scope scheme needs to be updated to enable the TIG rules. I've created an overview of what needs to be updated in the attached excel document. Could this please be implemented?

@eljanssens I have made a PR for the schema. cdisc-org/cdisc-rules-engine#919 The schemas are in the engine repository and editor makes use of them.
of note--the Use Case key of Scope is only looking for a string input for the value, if there are any more rigid requirements for this, please let me know but from what I gathered in the TIG PDF, it will be a string.
Domain and "Dataset or Domain or Item Group" keys both share the same value definition now as you had said they will be identical in content but have different key names.
