• Prioritize each feature - Must Have, Should Have, Nice to Have
• Meet with the team to review each feature & refine priorities

Additional Considerations
All Must Have tasks will make up your MVP. Make sure that you control the scope of the project by limiting the number of Must Have features to the ones you can reasonably complete by the end of Sprint 6.

Remember that you can always add new features once you complete the MVP.

Some features that I think would be must haves would be:

• Must be able to add new tasks
• Must be able to display tasks
• Must be able to remove tasks
• Must be able to update removed tasks to not be displayed

MVP Features

Additional Must Haves To add to Will's List:

• Categorize and display incoming Json file based on the below items:

• Activity Type

• Tasks within each activity

• Due date of: Monthly, Weekly, Flexible

• The "Save" button is positioned intuitively and visibly for easy access. This must use local storage to house user inputs.

• Footer with a link to the team's repo.

Should Haves:

• Ability to add prioritization to the tasks
• Ability to add reminders set time before task needs to be done.
• Ability to add due date or some sort of measurement of completion (would allow for the nice to have below of the task complete message)

Nice To Haves:

• Sending a daily email of the day's list or required tasks.
• Once the tasks have been completed for the set amount of days, we could display confetti on the screen or some sort of endorphin inducing message like "Yah, you did it! Good job completing your goal!".
• Wheel scroll in mobile view to allow for faster date selection

MVP ideas - a few more ideas

Must have:
As a user, I want to click on a specific day in the monthly calendar display and view my activities organized by time or priority, so that I can easily manage my schedule for that day.

Should have:
As a user, I want to be able to mark tasks as completed and view a history of completed tasks, so that I can track my progress and accomplishments over time.

Nice to have:
As a user, I want to receive notifications or reminders for upcoming tasks, so that I can stay on top of my responsibilities even when the app is not open.
