Europeana isn't a 'national' aggregator. This should just be 'aggregator'

Can we discuss this? I suggested this text as it'll make sense to repo people - Europeana takes in content from national aggregators so the end result is the same (and depending on your geo-political stance the EU could be considered a nation). What we don't want is lots of individual museums, libraries and archives adding their APIs, as it'll make weighting and blending search results really hard and introduce a performance penalty.

I think this is part of the larger discussion that we need to solve for long-term growth and evolution of the Serendip-o-matic. I'm going to suggest closing this thread due to discussion in #126.
