Need some post detanglement simulation analysis tools

Here are some of the types of analysis they use in the paper:

Average bond length vs time
Per chain bond length vs time
Bond length standard deviation profiles (both average and per chain)
N chains at equilibrium vs time (using bond std values with a cutoff)
Bond length de-correlation time
Kinetic Energy and Potential Energy evolution
