Includes new bucket functionality: edit a "host age" and the following "host age bin" field will be updated automatically. This functionality will work with any two fields where the name of the second is the same as the previous field with the word " bin" added.
The bin field update also occurs when data is imported into DataHarmonizer.

Files have been reorganized to pave the way for templates besides the Covid19 one to be added to DataHarmonizer.
