@mwaskom found a bug in the skewness implementation (and Fisher's book). Please see his pull request. Can you adapt that change on the matlab side as well?

I think it should be as simple as changing this line: https://github.com/circstat/circstat-matlab/blob/master/circ_skewness.m#L45
