Make sure you have installed Chronist.

Open Day One and go to File -> Export -> JSON. Export the file with File Format being "JSON in Zip (.zip)" and then unzip it.

Run
chronist dayone -i ~/Desktop/dayone.json -
Your results will be saved to
~/Desktop/chronist-dayone-<USERNAME>.csv
