建议加个延迟修改的选项 #12

手从“光线传感器”上移过（比如横屏玩游戏时），屏幕亮度会瞬间改变。
建议加个延迟修改的选项，外界亮度变化后等几秒再修改屏幕亮度。

而且没有必要实时检测亮度，这样还能省电。
