changes for ubuntu 14.04 #3

The packages needs changes for 14.04

gems is no longer needed as it is part of ruby
ruby version now 1.9.1
apache2 config files need .conf extensions
apache2 config fines need <Directory> section to allow access

I'll add the diffs I've made when I get a chance

The datapusher also needs to apache2 config changes too and I think that it adds a deprecated section in /etc/apache2/ports.conf
