Each time the test case runs, it leaves artifacts that have to be cleaned up manually.

  1. The DB2 operator is left in a bad state and has to be deleted.
  2. A DB2UCluster & DB2U Formation are leftover (created by the test case). You just need to delete the DB2U cluster, which will clean up the formation
  3. The testdb-secret Secret created during provisioning needs to be deleted.
