Why not create a symlink of the game in Applications for easy launching of the game?

ln -s /Users/$USER/Library/Application\ Support/Steam/steamapps/common/ULTRAKILL/ULTRAKILL.app /Applications/

Seems like a better way to launch the game than going to the right folder every time, at least I still don't have the game marked as installed in Steam even though the .app is in the folder.
