Executions fails because Nextflow preview function is deprecated #134

While using the pipeline as documented, the workflow fails. The following error can be found in the log:

N E X T F L O W  ~  version 23.04.1
ERROR ~ Preview nextflow mode ('preview') is no longer supported —- use `nextflow.enable.dsl=2` instead

 -- Check '.nextflow.log' file for details

Since the last commit was a very long time ago I still hope for help.
