Drawing and measuring is no longer possible after change of coordinate system

If you want to measure in the extended drawing mode, the function hangs after changing the coordinate system.

Drawing and measuring is then no longer possible.

If the spatial reference has been changed and then measuring does not work at all

Either do not allow the spatial reference change during the active drawing/measuring function or delete the current drawing when the spatial reference is changed, ideally with a prior warning.
