What is "Toggle Continue Sidebar ", Keyboard shortcuts do nothing when press "ctrl+alt+L"

Description

"Toggle Full Screen" keyborad shortcuts not work .
"Toggle Autocomplete Enabled" keyborad shortcuts not work .
"Ctrl+Shit+i" action same with "Ctrl+i"

It looks like chat/edit are in diff window. When in Edit mode, user can click "Back To Chat", but in Chat window, don't have a button switch to "Edit mode". Maybe there can have a switch button "Chat <->Edit"(like windsurf).
