The tests handle failures originating from bad inputs supplied by code calling the library. But there are few (no?) tests handling transient failures of the underlying services that leasing depends on. (E.g., if Azure Blob Storage produces an error, we have code paths that are meant to detect this, but no tests that validate those code paths.)
