We score only 1 on the Associated Work Items IMM measure, because we have no procedures in place to ensure we keep up to date.

This is really an organization-wide issue. But for related reasons, there's nowhere on GitHub right now for us to track this either, so for now this is a placeholder to make sure we don't forget.
