Make sure that the programs/relayer/README.md has at least the following information:

  • Purpose and intended use case
  • High level architectural diagram with Mermaid
  • How to build and test
  • How to integrate/use
    • The grpc interface and how to use it
    • How to use the ELF files
    • SP1 prover network requirements
