Add date in dropdown when selecting protocol to use for study.

When I'm uploading a new protocol, I can see older protocols with similar names and they are all sorted based on date.

But then when I make a new study based on that protocol, this dropdown is sorted alphabetically which makes things confusing about which version of my protocol I'm selecting.

Maybe we could have a date of creation next to the protocol dropdown when selecting one
