The error in output/qa.html is:
ImplementationGuide.definition.resource: minimum required = 1, but only found 0 (from http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/ImplementationGuide).
Files like output/Library-ANCRecommendationA2.xml are missing.

The first version that works is 1.2.4.
Apple M1, Java Zulu17.38+21-CA (build 17.0.5+8-LTS)
