Toggle Icon not work

Hello sir. I can not find the problem. The toggler icon on left side, not work in small screens. If i click, the navbar not goes up. But the icon toggler on right side works fine.
If i open your project in the demo folder, it will works! I dont know why. For my layout i use:

../assets/css/bootstrap.min.css
../assets/css/now-ui-dashboard.min.css

..assets/js/core/jquery.min.js
..assets/js/core/popper.min.js
..assets/js/core/bootstrap.min.js
..assets/js/plugins/perfect-scrollbar.jquery.min.js
..assets/js/plugins/moment.min.js
