Right now to insert new rows you add to setup.py, you need to wipe the tables. While it's possible to reinsert keywords, this only works because they're not identified by the keyword id...
Ideally it'll run through every line and do an INSERT ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE. This would also get rid the requirement of requiring people to write the SQL in setup.py
