@dev-aravind Please check who is getting emails from Github. Ideally the failure emails should be sent to support@culturecreates.com so everyone in the group support@culturecreates.com will get the failure emails.

@saumier The workflow is fixed now, but the notification email system should be in the organization settings which I don't have access to.
