@ieivanov , please turn your viewer scripts into CLI and version them here.
Some options for organization:

  • src/scripts
  • src/applications/ops, src/applications/organellebox, ...
    I have a slight preference for the latter and think that it will make it easier for folks to find the scripts.

@ziw-liu , @tayllatheodoro , @Soorya19Pradeep, @edyoshikun , @talonchandler keep an out on this issue too.
