Pipeline technical meetings of December 7 and 8

Dear all,

The next set of Pipeline technical meetings are scheduled on December 7 and 8, 2023. Month of December is short and quite busy, therefore, we should have meetings in early December.

You can attend any of these meetings depending on your time zone. The timings are:

• Dec 7, at 16 UTC: This time is friendly for America and Europe.
• Dec 8, at 9 UTC: This time is friendly for Europe, Asia, and Australia.

On the agenda for the meetings are the following proposed topics:

• The next Pipeline 2 release will be in the week of January 15. You can check out the plan here. The planned Github issues can be seen here¹. What do you think about the plan? Can you think of other related things (e.g. forgotten Github issues) that would fit in this release?
• One challenging issue that is currently on our plate is that of the configuration of braille conversion scripts. The main problem is that there is no formatting by default (if you don't provide a style sheet): braille formatting standards differ from region to region, and so far it hasn't been an ambition to have style sheets for the whole world. How can we make use of efforts that have been done by organisations that use the Pipeline for braille? How can we make existing style sheets available to everyone?
• Does anyone want to share any AI experiments that he has done that could be relevant in the context of Pipeline?
