For now these are the planned features:

• Further improve the support for NIMAS in HTML/EPUB 3 production scripts.
• Improve the production of Openoffice Document Text (ODT) and Rich Text Format (RTF) from DTBook (DAISY XML file), and support the production of ODT and RTF based on NIMAS.
• TTS configuration option to set the bitrate of MP3 files.
• Make the installer intelligent for managing (removing) existing installations of DAISY Pipeline.
• Gradually improve the graphical user interface. We haven't fully determined what this means yet. One feedback is that configuration of braille conversion should be made simpler.
• Critical bugfixes, high-priority feature requests, and easy fixes
