Schema and Pipeline Inference for SingleStore, and its CREATE PIPELINE implementation, perfectly integrate into the SQL language, that's pretty sweet.

Thoughts

Skeem can't provide that, but it could provide an INFER TABLE implementation as a building block.

Specifications

CSV and Avro formats are fully supported.
The default format is CSV.
