Feat(build): Wrap into desktop version with Wails

• wrap into Wails for standalone binary https://github.com/wailsapp/wails
  • Then we will have working fl-darkstat as desktop application with its own Window. For people which find browser too heavy to open.
  • add stricter path for config readings
    • We have lazy file path reading by unique filenames. Without considerations of folders involved. Some people have multiple folders copied and program works wrongly for them as we can be using duplicates with other stuff
