Environment variable will automatically fetched from environment variable?? (New to AWS)

I have include this JAR in providers folder of keycloak and it working while Simulation mode is ON but if i gave Simulation mode as OFF i ask for AWS_REGION so i set some dummy value in environment variable as AWS_REGION after that i got this error :

So my question is if i gave stimulation mode off and deployment my keycloak in aws with this jar in provider will the sms will sent to mobile phone??
