[Enhancement] - Add activity records for all actions in data.all for proper audit

Is your idea related to a problem? Please describe.
In data.all currently there is activity logging for certain actions by user in data.all ( e.g. - updateDataset ). But there are a lot of places where the activity record is not present.

Add activity records for all such actions
