GS1 alignment

In the ontology meeting today, we discussed about aligning the DFC's ontology with the one from GS1. It would be nice to have a concrete exemple of a working alignment to see what technical requirements come into play.

We agreed to work on a little test on the catalog use case including these concepts : Catalog, CatalogItem, DefinedProduct.

Some work has already been started to list the equivalent concepts in the ontologies:

Maybe Elzeard? Did they already invoiced something on this?

@lecoqlibre I don't know for the invoices, I only know it was not listed in the last budget we did. Maybe it was accounted before?

I don't think we have identified budget as yet.

I think this was raised by @David-OFN-CA as a really useful thing to have when we start to talk to larger players, esp. in the North American space.

I think we're all in agreement it would be useful - it's going to be an increasingly common question as to why not just use GS1. We need to be clear on points of overlap/alignment & where DFC is better suited to agroecological food producers.
