I have a now defunct company which email server does not reply anymore. Thus, I need to send stuff via post.
BTW it's DBNA.
However, if I already send this, I would like to add a "PS:" to say how sad and bad I find it how the handled the case and closed the platform within hours saying all data is deleted (which makes it, again, hard whether it is even possible to send such a one).
Suggestion
Make the text field editable, so I can add text there etc.
For mails I can obviously do that before sending, but the PDF for post is always generated.

I am a bit late to this, but if you use the legacy generator, you have the option to at least edit the "information block" at the top of the document.
We did have the option to edit the text in earlier versions but did get rid of it, because we thought the UX would get too complicated. If you have any suggestions on where to implement this nicely, I would truly love to hear them!
