Make list of features with a short summary of them and put on Flowershow Cloud landing page

Include syntax features (and other features) in the table on https://flowershow.app/cloud (i.e. math, mermaid, data vis components etc...); tick all of them in both plans.

Features:

• "Supported syntax" section in the table
  • all Flowershow syntax features
  • data visualisation components
• "Other" ???
  • sitemap
  • ...

We clarified we want a table list of the core features in terms of publishing and to show them in that table with ticks for both cases.

Also a tweak to the last section of that page re "dibs" to be about request access (rather than waitlist) as we have direct access ...

For example: tailwind and custom dark/light themes are not supported atm on cloud (though they are part of self-hosted). I meant listing all the standard syntax stuff ...

At the time of writing the PR, I didn't even know what Flowershow-cloud had or didn't have; I just followed instructions to add the features in the landing page and then I ticked them all accourding to the issues' description.

@mohamedsalem401 ok - so there won't be any features that involve "build" e.g. custom components, tailwind. But all stuff in the markdown render pipeline should work.
