FavBox is a great plugin ! I run it on Chromium and it has all the needed features and a great UI.

Still, I'm coming from Firefox, where I used tags to classify my bookmarks. I imported my bookmarks with the generic chrome import dialog. Unfortunately, tags were not imported at all.

I tried to tag a bookmark in FavBox and export it with the generic chrome export dialog towards html, to see if I could catch the tag's format in the output file, and find a way to feed chrome with my tagged bookmarks.

It appears the tags were not exported in that file. This means that, as far as I can see, FavBox tags are locked into FavBox.

I doubt Chrome would easily integrate the tags import and export, mostly because the standard bookmark system doesn't seem to use them. Since FavBox' bookmarks have a more complete format than chrome's, I would suggest adding an import/export dialog into FavBox that would integrate tags.

Thanks for the great work anyway !

@lafleurdeboum

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I'm currently working on a major upgrade that includes many new features, so I think I can add this one as well. It makes complete sense.
