Chrome Web Store 404?

Could it be because the manifest is version 2? I followed the instructions to install unpacked and there is an error that says:

Manifest version 2 is deprecated, and support will be removed in 2023. See https://developer.chrome.com/blog/mv2-transition/ for more details

FWIW, Chrome tab groups and naming of windows is not an appropriate replacement for this great extension, since tab groups seem to disappear when the window is closed.

Yeah. I can't agree with you more.
I hope to see further updates from the author. I really love this extension; it's the most convenient Chrome page management software I've ever used.
