Update Gradle version for development #592

According to https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/compatibility.html minimum supported version is 8.5. So need to update Gradle version to avoid problem with running Gradle at JDK 21.

Updating Gradle we need to make sure we use compatible android plugin as well

Maybe it make sense to use newer version (not 8.5)
