Rendering problem for GUI Node when there's a Layout #74

How to reproduce:

Download this project and open with Defold
Open main.gui, select Layouts and add a layout (e.g. Landscape)
Build

This could be related to #34 which seems to be about the Node's children when there's a layout.

I forgot to mention I'm using the macOS version of Defold, but I don't believe the issue is platform-dependent.
