Hi,

Meilleurs voeux ;)

I'm looking to a feature to alert user when a task has a declared progress =100% with a end date > today and new hours are punched.

As Dolibarr has no feature 'task completed' except progress, I would to avoid more hours punch by mistake (just a warning, not blocking)

Thanks
Fred

Hello

I see 2 ways:

  • add a check box task complete to tasks
  • use progress = 100 % as proxy

then I could add a setting to hide or block task "completed"

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I would say do not duplicate attributes and use the progress of the task.

In the settings, the better way is to block punch hours but keep the task visible into timesheet. So if an user would to punch hours again, he has first to decrease the progress in order to unlock the ability to punch.
Otherwise if you hide, the only way will be to go back to project and decrease the progress manually.

That is my point of view ;), as we have tasks shared across multi users, I perfrectly now that 100% for 1 , will not be 100% for all.
